This Cancellation and Return Policy has been prepared to regulate the conditions and processes to be applied in case of cancellation and/or return of services and products offered by Beyazsaray Construction Tourism Marketing and Trade Joint Stock Company by the consumer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the service or product purchased within the scope of distance selling within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

Accommodation, transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply and entertainment services that must be performed on a specific date or period
Digital services that are performed instantly in an electronic environment and delivered to the consumer immediately
SERVICE CANCELLATION
The cancellation request must be notified to the company in writing (e-mail, fax or registered mail).
In case of cancellations made within the due date, the payment will be refunded in full.
In case of cancellations made late or after the service has started, no refund will be made.
REFUND PROCESS
In approved refund requests, the payment will be refunded using the same method the consumer used to make the payment.
Refund transactions will be completed within 14 days from the receipt of the right of withdrawal notification.
Refund costs may vary depending on the nature of the service and are clearly stated in the preliminary information form.
SPECIAL CASES AND FORCE MAJEURE
If the service cannot be provided due to force majeure reasons such as natural disaster, war, epidemic disease, restrictions imposed by official authorities, it is essential that the consumer is provided with an alternative service or a refund is made.

The Company will immediately inform the consumer and refund the full amount in the event of a special situation requiring the cancellation of the service.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes that may arise within the scope of this refund policy, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Consumer's place of residence or the Company's location are authorized.
ENFORCEMENT

This return policy shall enter into force on the date it is published on the website and shall be valid when approved by the consumer.
